Delivery Policy

At Slim and Smart Ltd.  as we are committed to offering the best service to our customers. We dispatch all orders on a next working day delivery service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Delivery to the UK is charged per complete order regardless of how many items are ordered. 

Shipping price is £15 to UK Mainland addresses.

Shipping price is £26.40 and two day delivery to Scottish Highlands – AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 and Northern-Ireland and Islands (Parts of UK)

When placing an order our company deliver your parcel with DPD or DHL. DPD or DHL will send a message to the contact details provided (e-mail and telephone) on the day of delivery. In this message, you have the option to select what the delivery driver should do with the package if you are not at the specified address at that time, in that 1-hour time frame. You have the following options: safe place or neighbours (please specify exactly which one). In the absence of instructions, the delivery driver cannot leave the package there, but will try to deliver it again on the next working day. If the package does not arrive at the time specified by the delivery company, please contact the delivery company, as we have no effect on the method and time of delivery.

We do not offer International Delivery!


We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive at you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below. If you find any of our food products in a state not fit for human consumption, please contact our Customer Care Team : [email protected]

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care [email protected]

Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this. If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 30 days of the despatch date) to the returns address below. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Additional Returns Information

We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don’t make it back to our warehouse.
